I've been there a little too many times!

I grew up in a dysfunctional family and unfortunately never had any role models around me who were in committed, loving and intimate relationships.
Because of this, I was in and out of relationships for 21 years. Never truly valuing myself and being in my true power. To date I have gone through 27 break-ups.
It wasn't until I went through a horrible toxic break-up (one of the worse) that I recognised I was repeating a cycle.
I was dating men I wanted to help.
During this journey I discovered my secret system of working through a break-up.
And when I was conscious of the mistakes I was making, I could move through and learn from my previous relationships.
I went on a healing journey where I focused on my physical and inner health. During this time I transformed my body, mind, bank account and most importantly the relationships in my life.
I attracted my dream partner, who I can say is the LOVE OF MY LIFE and I’m now HONESTLY experiencing love like never before.
But it’s not just me!
